Sunrise Parish is a prophetically established parish of the RCCG with the mandate of running with the vision and mission of the RCCG. The parish operates under the overall leadership of Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of the RCCG. The parish was established in the year 2015 by the leading of the Holy Spirit upon Pastor Ahron Haruna. The parish and its congregants work with the power of the Holy Spirit and the members are rooted in the practice of fervent prayers, deep study of the word, quality worship and praise, among other biblical weapons and apostolic doctrines.
The parish is pastored by Pastor Ahron Haruna, and it has a rich blend of youthful congregation. Sunrise Parish is a home for all who seeks to develop a deeper fellowship with God and a treasure to the city of Magdeburg, the State of Saxony-Anhalt, the country of Germany, and the entire world.

The journey of what’s now known as the Sunrise Parish, Magdeburg Germany, began in 2015 through Divine connection to a Godly family in Magdeburg. We started a House fellowship which in few months grew into a full fledged parish. How we got our place of worship is a miracle after several other churches were turned down before us.
The name Sunrise Parish was given through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. When the sun rises darkness is dispersed with all its evil decedents and ushers in the brightness of the day with its own beauty, clearer vision and speed. And these have been the testimonies of many parishioners and visitors alike. And all to the glory of the Almighty God, we have witnessed, experienced and seen unimaginable deliverances, miracles, fruitfulness and prophetic utterances.
Our passion is for God to use us to build an all round formidable parish and create an atmosphere for true worship, solid and undiluted Word of God, fire brand prayers, cheerful givings, prompt obedience etc. Holiness, righteousness, fear of God and heaven bounds are our goals.
